Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are by telephone or Skype. You can ask any question you wish. No topic is off limits.

Why have a session with Paul?

Paul has developed tools which helped him tremendously in understanding how to love himself while in the midst of experiencing aspects of himself that were causing such emotions as panic, terror, doubt, depression, fear, hurt, spite, shame and guilt (to name a few).

During a session he will share with you tools that are based on your specific situation. When implemented, these tools will not only help you create a safe space within, they will allow your aspects to come into integration or balance, which means you will become more authentic. Once you've developed this safe space, noone can ever take it away from you—ever! It’s a matter of understanding how to truly begin loving and accepting yourself just the way you are.

How long is a session?

Sessions are up to 90 minutes, including a short breathing to help create a safe space and to get the energy flowing.

What does the session cost?

Appointments are payable in advance at $100* an hour. Paul will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of payment to schedule an appointment.

How do I schedule a session?

For anyone living in the USA, Paul does coaching over the phone or via Skype by appointment only. For anyone living outside the USA, all sessions are done using Skype. Once you have paid, please let Paul know your Skype id: e-mail.
