THE END OF SUFFERING SEMINAR

While the world appears to be getting more chaotic by the day, it doesn’t have to be your experience. We all have emotional “aspects,” and because we identify with them, they cause our energy to get stuck and can easily wreak havoc on our emotions. The truth is, these aspects are not who you really are. However, without an understanding of this, you tend to push them away. A great deal of your energy gets tied up into battling these aspects. It's like trying to drive with one foot on the gas pedal while having the other foot on the brake. You expend a great deal of energy while feeling as if you're getting nowhere and eventually you become exhausted.

Paul discovered that what these aspects really wanted was to be honored and accepted. When he began doing this it allowed them to be integrated. Integrating your aspects frees up the stuck energy, ending the battling or resisting, which allows them to come into resolution. This frees up your energy, which also contributes to a growing sense of joy.

 

The amazing thing is, as Paul was honoring and accepting everything about himself he realized he was also developing a genuine trust in himself that he never had before. This trust created a safe and sacred space within that now allows him to accept life just as it is regardless of his external circumstances. He learned that he can choose joy even in the midst of chaos. Deep inside he knows everything is going to be okay. This is a profound experience to have. You too can learn how to develop this same trust in yourself which will allow you to begin living the joyful life you were born to live!

This seminar isn’t just lecture style, although that’s part of it. Paul will indeed share priceless tools that will help you to integrate your aspects, and he will also work with you personally to help you understand how you can resolve your specific aspects. But, you will also experience first hand the power of expression in bringing you the emotional balance you really want! As you express yourself through body movement, you experience joy because it brings you home to who you really are.
