TRANSFORMATION THROUGH SONG AND DANCE Does your energy get stuck at times from being emotionally triggered by certain people or situations you find yourself in? We all have emotional “aspects,” and because we identify with them, they cause our energy to get stuck, and to even wreak havoc on our emotions. These aspects are not who we really are. Paul developed a process that involved honoring and accepting all these aspects. This process allowed him to integrate his aspects, creating a safe and sacred space within that has now become a foundation for accepting life just as it is regardless of his external circumstances. As you express yourself through body movement and voice, you experience joy because it brings you home to who you really are. Without an understanding of this process, the human part of you tends to push away your aspects. A great deal of your energy remains tied up in battling these aspects, leaving very little leftover to be used for creating what you really want. Integrating them unlocks this energy, ending the battling or resisting, allowing the aspect to come into resolution. This brings more awareness, which frees up more energy, allowing you to begin stepping into the shoes of the creator that you truly are. This also contributes to a growing sense of contentment and inner peace. One of the best ways to integrate your aspects is through expression.
