Living on planet Earth can be a great challenge sometimes. Sometimes unwanted emotions pop up out of the blue and we don't always know what to do about this. It can be frightening at times. However, it doesn’t have to be. My name is Paul Reinig and I have created a safe and sacred space within that has allowed me to experience peace even during challenges. This safe and sacred space allows me to accept what is, the pre-requisite to peace. I have learned how to love all aspects of self through cultivating absolute acceptance. I feel compelled to share with you how I created this safe and sacred space. I share perhaps a different understanding or way of looking at life which can help you develop tools to use when things feel overwhelming. Instead of panicking you can go to your safe and sacred space where you can comfort and nurture yourself.

The time we are living in right now is being called “The New Energy” by some. It is a time for us to turn inward to remember and discover who we really are. We have been living life as a caterpillar but now it’s time to transition into a butterfly. It is a time when humanity is seeking transformation and healing.

I have always had a passion for understanding life in general, and in understanding who I am in particular. This is the very reason I am alive. In the last several years I have gone through a lot of inner soul searching, developing a love and compassion for myself in the process that I never knew I had. I discovered that this safe and sacred space I created within is where the real me lives. I now offer to you my understanding and experience, through words and through dance. You too can choose to create a safe and sacred space within. It is a place where peace dwells. Through your breath you can feel it. It is a space where you need nothing, where nothing really matters. While in your safe space your mind is quiet. The choices you make while in this space will absolutely serve you. And, once you've created your own safe space it will only continue to expand. The New Energy is a time of expansion. It is the process of the divine melding with the human.

Historically we gave permission to our minds to be our guide but in the process we lost touch with our heart. Creating a safe and sacred space within is opening up and expanding your heart. There you can feel into the potentials that exist around you and choose the ones that resonate within your heart. The mind was never meant to guide our lives. It is a wonderful tool for taking care of external things necessary to function while being alive but it is a very pour guide because it doesn't feel. It can only think. In your safe and sacred space you feel what's best for you and then choose. You do this with compassion for you. As you do love expands and begins to permeate everything in your world.

I invite you to become familiar with what your safe and sacred space feels like. The more you feel into it, the more inviting it becomes. You can actually reach a point in which there's no place else you'd rather be. This is the process of cultivating a trusting relationship with yourself. It is the final frontier. Falling in love with you and then allowing that love to expand. You can do this if you choose. It's only a choice away.

Just as I have had a passion for understanding and experiencing who I am, I have always had a passion for dance. In New Energy Dance Expression, I combine the two. In the seminar, Living In The New Energy, part of the day I will share my experience of how to love the aspects of you that are hurting (aspects are not who you really are), and part of the day you will have an opportunity to let the real being that you are express itself through dance.

Treat yourself to an opportunity to come out of hiding and be expressed! Dance is an ancient form of expression that has the power to heal and invigorate. Through dance you can literally experience the melding of the divine with the human; that is, getting out of the head and into the heart. Allow yourself to return to a child like innocence by expressing your authentic self. This is a luscious opportunity to experience getting to know just how delightful you really are.
